Mm..
Tonight was Taco Tuesday at my house, I only had two bc with all the toppings, ... I'm trying to lose weight. I am looking at the caloric and carb value of each foods... bc of my diabetes? Wen says that diet is key. And drinking water. :) Gotta drink a shite ton of water....
Otherwise, I have changed snacks too... from fatty Crispers to low sodium Lays. I still drink Pepsi 0. I'm not much of a Coca Cola person. Too fizzy. :(
Besides changing dietary habits, I am going out for walks 'round the block. And if I (rarely) go into town, I wear a mask. Duh right?? I am getting my new computer delivered to me tomorrow.
My sister Julie is my new room-mate!!! She and I are going to get along well, she snores like Fred Flintstone and I can't hear bc I sleep like the dead.. but I hope she can put up with my sleep walking and talking...

A walk in the marsh
Today, my two sisters Julie and Bees, my brother Ryan and my room-mate Bola-bat went on a wilderness trek with Ollie the dog to Holland Marsh. Ry lives in Holland Landing which is about a 20 min car ride from Newmarket.

Good morning!
Slept on the tv room sofa, for the night as it was v. hot in my room. Watched a bit of CNN's special on Joe Biden. Very interesting... he reminds me of my granddad. The smile, the eyes, a bit of Joe's affable demeanor. It was sad about his first wife and daughter dying...

I tried Deadjournal but it is... er.. dead. I was reminded that subtly by a member who hadn't updated in ages... and she was like OMG... hardly anyone goes on DJ anymore. I reckon that DJ and LJ should pack it in. Oh well..

I am getting a better computer Wednesday. A "17 Dell lappy. Nice. I am one connected bitch. Got a cell, an iPad and now this! :) Yeah, I know I said that I would never get a phone but it kind of dropped into my lap.
